I have a marketing system that works.  It doesn't matter to me if your home is tiny or if it is a mansion.  The small details matter.  I will market your home to get you the most internet, and industry exposure as possible so that you will net as much from your investment as the market allows.  My local market knowledge is invaluable.

I choose to work primarily by referral.  This means that I am dedicated to making my clients experience as positive as possible so that they are comfortable referring me to their friends & family in the future.  Doing this allows me to focus my energy and time on my clients.

Presentation is everything.  In today's market potential buyers start their search for a home on the internet.  Photos and home staging are key.  I offer professional photography and professional home staging with all of my listings, and it shows.
