Why you need a Buyer Consultation
Has anyone taken the time to sit down with you and explain the home buying process?
You have your pre-approval - now what? Do you know what to expect? What comes next?
Most people start their search online, then once they have found a couple of homes that interest them they will go to a few open houses. What happens if you like one of those homes? Can that agent represent you, or are they working for the seller? How does that agent get paid? What if you don't like that agent, but you did like an agent from a different open house - can you use that agent?
These are common questions, and I'm sure you have many more, especially if this is your first home purchase.
